Bills at the counter, every batch and its expiry on the shelf, and the registers the DDA and the IRD ask for. It keeps billing when the internet drops.

The counter: an eight-line bill, each medicine on its batch and expiry date, one batch flagged as expiring in 21 days, and a reminder to check the prescription

The right batch, every line

Each line takes a batch with its expiry, and a batch close to expiry is flagged. Prescription-only medicines are marked, with a reminder to check.

Never stops billing

No internet? Keep billing and printing. Everything is sent when the connection is back.

Registers kept as you bill

The controlled-substance register, the sales book and the VAT registers fill in as you sell.

See expiry coming

Batches due to expire in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, with what they cost you — in time to sell them first, send them back or write them off.

  • An expired batch needs an override to sell
  • Return to the supplier in one step
  • Export the list for your supplier
Expiry: four batches expiring within 90 days, NPR 767 at cost, with their batch numbers and suppliers

The controlled-drug register, kept for you

Every scheduled medicine received or dispensed, with its batch, the running balance, the bill and who sold it — built from the stock itself, so it matches the cupboard.

  • A dispense with no prescriber recorded is flagged
  • Nepali and English dates on every line
  • Read it for any dates
The controlled-drug register: Alprax, Diazepam and Tramadol received and dispensed, with batches, balances and bill numbers

Buying from suppliers

Enter a supplier's delivery batch by batch. The stock, the expiry list and what you owe each supplier follow from it.

  • Purchase register, by supplier and by item
  • Returns to the supplier
  • What you owe, and for how long
The purchase register: thirteen supplier bills with their tax, totals, what is paid and what is outstanding

Questions shops ask

Does it work when the internet goes down?

Yes. The counter keeps billing and printing with no connection. Bills wait on the machine and are sent by themselves when the connection is back, in order, without losing a number.

Do I have to type in all my medicines?

No. Add them from the shared catalogue of medicines in a few clicks, then enter the batches and quantities already on your shelves.

Does it keep the controlled-substance register?

Yes. It is kept as you bill, and you can read it at any time. Prescription-only medicines are marked at the counter, and the prescription can be recorded with the bill.

Are the bills right for the IRD?

Each bill carries your PAN and a number in your own series, with a check that none is missing. The sales book and VAT registers come out for the month.

Is my data safe, and is it mine?

Each shop's records are kept apart from every other shop's, and travel over an encrypted connection. They are yours: download all of them at any time, on every plan, Free included.

What happens when the 30 days are up?

We call you before the trial ends, confirm your details, and agree how you will pay — by bank transfer or a payment QR. Nothing is charged without talking to you first.
