Never stops billing

No internet? Keep taking orders and printing bills. Everything is sent when the connection is back.

Books ready for the IRD

Numbered bills, the sales book and the VAT summary on Nepali dates, for any dates you choose.

See the day at a glance

Takings, bills, the average bill, service charge and VAT, for one outlet or all of them — while the day is still trading.

  • Dine-in and take-away side by side
  • Each outlet's takings and cash
  • What is selling best today
The dashboard: today's takings, bills, average bill, service charge and VAT across three outlets, and the dishes selling best

Close the day with the drawer counted

Money paid in and out is recorded as it happens. At the end of the day the till works out what the drawer should hold and walks you through closing.

  • Orders still on hold are flagged first
  • Count the drawer, see any difference
  • Check QR and card takings against the provider
Drawer and day: what the drawer should hold, money paid out, and the steps to close the day

Guests order from the table

A QR code on each table opens your menu on the guest's phone. The till rings when an order comes in, and you accept it or turn it down.

  • Your dishes, photos and descriptions
  • Order slips for the kitchen
  • Nothing for guests to install

Questions shops ask

Does it work when the internet goes down?

Yes. The counter keeps billing and printing with no connection. Bills wait on the machine and are sent by themselves when the connection is back, in order, without losing a number.

What do I need to run it?

A laptop, desktop or tablet with Chrome or Edge, and a receipt printer if you print bills — a USB thermal printer works. On Windows it installs as an app.

Are the bills right for the IRD?

Each bill carries your PAN and a number in your own series, with no gaps. The sales book and VAT summary come out on Nepali dates, ready for your accountant.

Do I have to type in my whole menu?

No. Start from the sample menu and change it, or send us your menu and we will load it for you.

Is my data safe, and is it mine?

Each shop's records are kept apart from every other shop's, and travel over an encrypted connection. They are yours: download all of them at any time, on every plan, Free included.

What happens when the 30 days are up?

We call you before the trial ends, confirm your details, and agree how you will pay — by bank transfer or a payment QR. Nothing is charged without talking to you first.
